Professional photographs matter!

Making sure they are indexed on Google matters even more if you want to see additional tangible benefits from your investment.

Gone are the days when it is just about a pretty photograph sitting on your website!

Social media plays a significant part in your everyday marketing.

Not only do your photographs have to represent your services honestly, but they must be strategically titled and keyworded for Google to index them.

Adding Alt text to your images when you post on your social media channels is equally important and should be a regular part of your day-to-day processes.

Complying with the Diversity & Inclusion Policy that you may have in place improves accessibility for the blind, visually impaired and other screen readers.

You can read more on Titles, Keywords and Alt Text in my Linkedin Newsletter.

How can i help you?

My focus is on you and your business throughout, and I take the time to get to know you through my ability to open my ears when listening.

I also go to great lengths to research your company and competitors to ensure you have images that deliver outstanding results.

Leaving no stone unturned, I collate essential keywords relevant to every image and include them in the low-resolution and high-resolution images you receive.

If you want help with adding Alt Text to your images, reach out and let's have a chat to take your social media posts to the next level.

Having a unique process creates a magnitude of extra possibilities for your company to be found by potential clients.

Why Work With Me?

With a range of specialist lenses to cover all aspects of photography, careful consideration is made at different stages throughout each photoshoot.

Especially in an outdoor shoot, where lighting is crucial to the photo's aesthetic, anticipating the right conditions often sees me waiting for the perfect timing.

Every photo I take reflects me as much as it is represents your company.

Where a photo shoot would benefit most at sunrise or sunset, I will offer my advice so we represent your product or service with optimal effect.

It's where the magic happens and I am honoured my clients trust my judgement everytime.

Action shots and people at work are an entirely different kind of photography, but don't worry, my years as a wildlife photographer has your business covered there too.

Having the innate ability to get along with people, I can often get your staff or clients to enage in the photo shoot.

Be rest assured your company is in safe hands when I need to visit sites alone.

Having worked in the construction industry for 40 years, I consider myself one of the team, from a small company to a global corporation, and I am aware of all the health and safety protocols.

Architecture lends itself to both day and night photography.

Often the latter delivers the most exceptional results in the right circumstances.

Interior Photography is where I call upon my interior design skills of 29 years.

It often takes me longer to tweak the furniture and soft furnishings than to take the photographs.

But the results will perfectly represent your vision, designs and hard work as a company.

Who do I work with?

I only work with companies whose ethics and values resonate with mine.  As a team player, you can rest assured I will fit in.

My photography is for those who value their investment and are passionate about the quality of images representing their company at its absolute best.

We have one shot at this (if you pardon the pun), and I am here to take you through every step with the confidence that I will overdeliver every time.

Your images are the first thing people will see; they tell your company story, and if you get it wrong, people will remember you for all the wrong reasons.

On the other hand, social media can be your best friend when you want to get millions of eyes on your work.

So you cannot leave it to chance.

Here's what my clients' have to say

You are only as good as what your clients have to say.

Fortunately, my clients love me, and so will you.

"Di has a wonderful talent that allows her to see the things that most people have no idea are there and she has attention to detail that is off the scale.

Which means that this combined, creates magic time after time."

Lucy Rennie - LR COMMS

"Di has an infectious positivity and enthusiasm, which is a joy to work alongside.  She is meticulous, clearly very technically competent and passionate about her craft.

Di's superpower lies in her ability to care deeply for your business and project.

Jenna Mulroney - True Potential

"This lady is ace.

She has so much passion and enthusiam for what she does and she loves to share her knowledge.

Being a multi-talented, excellent photographer, Di was able to take some candid shots of our new offices and expert bookkeeping team to replace dull, stock photos on our website which we are extremely pleased with.

Hayley Ekgren & Clare Willmott

Your Support Team

"I accompanied Di on two photo shoots and she was an absolute professional to work with.

Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for her work really blew me away.

The resulting photographs were beyond my expectations."

Joanna Davila - Rockford Company

"Di has very skilfully created interior and exterior images of our house which will enable us to market it at its best.

Every last detail of arranging, capturing and editing the photographs was done with the upmost care.

Anyone wanting to showcase their construction or interior design projects should give Di a call.

Matthew Goldsbrough - NED

"The task required night photography, working late hours and being restricted in range and angle for safety reasons, and a rapid turnaround.

Di tackled the challenge with an ease and pleasure that was infectious."

Hannah Shires, Ringway

"Di was so professional and passionate, and genuinely wanted to learn more about our business and our needs/requirements.

She really captured the essence of our team and all the hard work they do with a fast turn around of images.

Gemma Holmes - EST

"Having seen many other photography projects Di has covered, we knew we could trust her.

However, what we were not expecting was for her to capture those images that many others miss; the intricacy of the job and men at work.

Going above and beyond the brief, we were delighted with the images she provided."

Grant Cheetham

Bespoke Pergola Specialist

"Di managed to turn our teams into works of art.

No mean feat when dealing with large bits of machinery and messy road maintenance activities.

Easy to do business with, Di creates stories from pictures which will form a wonderful asset to any business.

Shelley Benson - Eurovia UK Ltd

"We have worked with Di on several occasions for architectural photography and find her proficient and efficient, giving us confidence in her working on our projects.

She is detailed in assessing what is required and looks beyond what is requested, making intelligent suggestions where she sees fit that we non-photographers may not have appreciated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Never be afraid to ask your photographer questions.

It's best to find out initially if you are the right fit for each other.

Hiring a photographer is an investment of time and money, so you must find the one who specialises in your industry or precisely the type of photographs you are looking for.

Recognising your requirements before hiring a photographer will be critical to the outcome of your images.

Let me take you through a few questions I get asked to help you.

Q.1 - Do you photograph weddings and events?

No. Although I have all the correct photography equipment for shooting weddings and events, it isn't something I am comfortable doing.

Still, I am happy to pass you on to another professional photographer I know will meet your requirements.

Q.2 - Do you stay on site for the total hours you are being paid?

In most circumstances, I usually stay longer. If I feel the shoot is running over through no fault of yours, I recognise that some things are out of our control and make sure that I take the Photographs as agreed.

If for any reason, there is a delay by you, then I will discuss it before continuing.

Q.3 - What is your reshooting policy?

It is something I have never had to do.

I listen carefully to what you are looking for and ensure we are a right fit for each other before we agree to work together.

Where the weather is an issue, we rearrange a date to suit both of us.

Q.4 - Do you have insurance?

Yes, I have indemnity insurance of £2,000,000

Q.5 - How can the company use the images?

I own the image copyright (see my copyright & ownership)

Unless specific Licensing fees are agreed upon, you can use them for all your company marketing.

Q.6 - When will we expect to receive the images?

Usually, within 48 hours. Where this may take longer, I will let you know. However, most of the time, it only takes me 24 hours as I factor the editing into the timescale when we book the day/days for the shoot.
